Personal Counseling
My approach to Personal Counseling is to
engage in transformational learning.
I act as a guide and support for your discovery of self. Change is felt at the core as a more authentic way of being is developed - and sustained.

Learn Tools for Communicating Real Needs.
Learn Tools for working through triggers.
Couples can meet separately as well as together to practice technique and skills.
Understanding and Healing Codependency.
Establish healthy boundaries.
Identify Personal Needs.
Understanding and Healing Addiction.
Identify emotional and environmental triggers.
Identify real need - what need is the addiction attempting to meet.
Healing underlying trauma.
Within each of these areas we establish self care regiments that support
healing of mind/body/spirit.
The journey is as important as the end result! We seek to create deep sustainable changes in behavior that facilitate a more authentic experience of life. As the counselor, I act as a sounding board and guide for exploration. Using tools from my own experience and training to facilitate an honest and profound experience.
Focused goals can and are outlined in session with the understanding that long-term development of a truer expression of the individual is the “ultimate” goal. This can be worked through on many levels – work, relationship, community, self-empowerment, each area will at some point in the process be an area of focus for expansion and/or healing.
