What You Can Expect:
Each class begins with a grounding and centering meditation to bring our intentions together as a group and prepare us for a creative journey within.

There will be a brief teaching covering the dynamics and characteristics of the chakra we are focusing on for the session.

Following the teaching we will have a facilitated open discussion for greater exploration of the concepts surrounding the chakra. We will reflect on the deeper meaning for each of us and how this concept enhances or detracts from our current experience of life.

Creativity Project - Fun and interesting projects focused on tapping into our own creative energy. We close with a healing mediation and discussion, bringing to closure our time together.

Program Rate: $36.00 Per Class
Includes: Project Materials, Meditation CD and Snack.

Chakras and Your Creativity
Chakras are the main energy centers of the body. Each chakra represents a major theme within life - beginning with who we are as humans and ending with who we are as spiritual beings. Using creative expression, we will explore each chakra while opening these energy centers of the body.

Your Facilitators:

Katie Swartz, RC, CHT - Katie is a teacher, counselor, writer and workshop facilitator. In this workshop Katie combines her love of the arts with a skillful approach to personal growth through the creative process.

Mary Anne is a psychotherapist, advanced clinical hypnotherapist and writer. She enjoys weaving the arts into her healing work. She collaborates in building caring communities of women and is excited about developing this new program with Katie.
