We will explore and heal the patterns that prevent us from Opening Life to Relationships.
This group has supported many to heal and move beyond codependency! Utilizing heart centered hypnotherapy, guided meditation and numerous experiential exercises you will truly see how codependency impacts your life! We spend time learning the various aspects of codependency and how they manifest in our daily lives. We then seek to heal those parts of ourselves, which developed these early coping patters. The work is facilitated in a group environment, which supports healing in relationship!

Who can attend: This Workshop is open to both men and women. For those who are new to Authentic You, Katie will provide an initial meeting and one hypnotherapy session at no charge (a $160.00 Value) to provide an opportunity to become familiar with the material.
Cost: $75.00 per class (6) and includes all Books and CD's which will be used as part of the program.
